Is everything really £20?
Yes. Every piece in the VENTIO collection is exactly £20, in GBP with VAT included. No tiered pricing, no surprises at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free across the United Kingdom. Standard Delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days; Express Delivery arrives within 1 to 2 business days.
How quickly do you despatch?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.
How does 'Buy 5, pay for 4' work?
Add five organising discoveries to your basket and the fifth is on us — five finds for £80. The offer applies automatically at checkout.
Can I change my mind?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return. Email support.ventio@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email support.ventio@gmail.com with a photograph showing the issue. We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost, and you won't need to return the faulty item.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of your email notification, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show the balance.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We never store card details — all payments run through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways.
